Valuation andStrategic Assets (VASA) advise the Council on properties where there is an opportunity to exploit the underlying value of the asset either through a third party letting, disposal or acquisition, leading to a capital, revenue, or social-value benefit, and ensure the best use of our assets to deliver the borough outcomes. VASA leads and co-ordinates the development and delivery of the Councils Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF) and the Councils corporate vision for its property assets. Main purpose of the post: Senior Estates Surveyor Provision of strategic property advice across a range of assets, focussing on property and estates management, Landlord & Tenant work and leasing & licensing.
