Job Description
Manage the council's land and property portfolio, including leases, licences, rent reviews, debt monitoring and empty properties.
Lead on property acquisitions, disposals, valuations, compensation and rating matters.
Market, negotiate and complete property sales and leases, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet council targets.
