Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Admitted Attorney and/or qualified Estate Administrator
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in estate administration, wills, and trusts
- Thorough knowledge of South African estate and trust law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload
- Administration and management of deceased estates from inception to finalisation
- Drafting and reviewing wills
- Establishing and administering trusts
- Liaising with the Master of the High Court, clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Providing legal and fiduciary advice to clients
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
