Senior Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager

The primary responsibility of this post, situated within the Trusts EDI Team, is to lead on the delivery of elements of the EDI work programme.

The EDI Team is responsible for leading, developing and delivering the Trust's approach to equality, diversity and inclusion in terms of both the workforce and patients.

The team provides support and guidance to all Directorates and Departments across the Trust and other ODD workstreams.

This role will:

• Support the Staff Network Groups.
• Collaborate with departments across the Trust on the Equality Delivery System (EDS) 2022 reports.
• Support with the analysis and identification of EDI data.
• Work with members of the EDI team to collaborate on staff and patient engagement. This includes consulting with communiti...
