ICF’s Texas environmental team (formerly Blanton & Associates) is seeking a motivated and growth-focused **Senior Environmental Project Manager - Transmission** to lead sales and delivery of environmental services **for transmission projects** in Texas and across the US.

**Level:** Senior PM / Seller-Doer / Principal

**Focus:** Permitting & compliance for transmission projects

**Territory:** Texas primary + US support

**Travel:** typical range 10–20%

**Responsibilities:** win work, lead projects, provide expertise, mentor staff
