We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the water sector. The role involves defining IT strategy, leading enterprise architecture, and managing complex IT programs in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align IT strategy with business and regulatory objectives
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture (business, application, data, technical)
• Support IT governance and act as interim CIO/IT Program Manager when needed
• Lead and manage IT programs and project portfolios
• Ensure system interoperability and consistency across environments
• Integrate cybersecurity, compliance (GDPR, NIS2), and resilience requirements
