Senior Engineer/Team Lead- Painting & Support Ops (Tuas)

Purpose of Role: As the Team Lead for Support functions to Ship Repairs projects, this person is responsible for planning, managing and deployment of manpower and relevant resources to provide support for the following functions: Painting, Cleaning, Scaffolding, Security Escort of contractors. Responsibilities: Scaffolding Provision Ensure scaffolding structures meet safety standards and are built to accommodate operational needs. Coordinate with other departments on timely erection and dismantling of scaffolding. Cleaning/Painting Provision Understanding various methods of surface preparation, coating material and industrial standards and regulations to painting works. Coordination of all painting/cleaning activities effectively and safely. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, maritime laws, and company policies.
