The Role
Youll lead a team of Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, managing workloads, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across site. Youll also play a key role in developing team capability, driving continuous improvement, and leading root cause analysis to improve plant reliability.
Key Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS)
Experience with planning, performance management, and continuous improvement
Comfortable xwzovoh using Microsoft tools and systems
