Job Description

The Program & Product Management organization at Seagate Singapore (W1) provides cross‑functional leadership across the full product lifecycle—from NPI through mass production, sustaining, and product retirement. The team ensures that product introductions, transitions, and ongoing manufacturing align with Seagate’s cost, quality, delivery, and technology objectives.
About the role - you will:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related fields.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all phases of in‑house or outsourced manufacturing for assigned product(s) or product lines.

Act as the central interface across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive seamless product lifecycle execution—from NPI build readiness through volume stability and end‑of‑life.
