Senior Engineering Manager

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineering delivery for critical building services and installations within a major transformation program for fossil-free steel production. The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering engineering activities across HVAC, VVS, potable water, BMS integration, and sprinkler systems to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely execution of the Cold Mill Complex at the Luleå site.

This position operates within the Transformation Office supporting future steel mills and plays a key role in enabling construction and commissioning readiness through robust engineering leadership, interface management, and technical decision-making.
