Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Should have Domain knowledge and design experience of Engine cooling system for LCV/Pickup/MPV as per Product Development System • Proficient in base level heat load calculations for engine cooling components and systems sizing. • Should be conversant with system layout creation and release • Packaging of the system taking skeleton from DMU • DVP targets for performance, durability and reliability • Interaction within departments and Supplier Design Assessment with Part Development Support to finalise the design • Should be able to interpret CAE / CFD results for required corrective actions • Should be good in CATIA V5 for 3D modelling and 2D drg preparation • Should be conversant with DMU/ vehicle level packaging / Team centre / Design release and DFMEA. • Should have knowledge of benchmarking vehicles and create a database. •Should be conversant with GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis • Sho...
