At Micron, as a SIC Engineer, you will play a key role in the Technology Development department, coordinating, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of a developing new part within the fab to achieve top‑notch quality and efficiency.

• Partners with key team members to develop applications and processes to continuously improve production metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan for future product introduction.
• Partner with the area Engineering and Operations teams to stay updated on area issues, priorities, and projects.
• Communicate fab performance metrics to a large, diverse group of customers.
• Coordinate New Part Introduction (NPI) between teams.
• Set strategic and tactical plans for WIP, cycle time (CT), and priority allocations in collaboration with various Engineering teams.
