Job Title: Senior Engineer - Structural
Location: Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $120,000.00
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Requirements
+ Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
+ Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
+ Must be licensed in Texas or have the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days.
+ Ability and willingness to obtain PE licenses in other states as needed.
+ Minimum of 4 years of progressive engineering experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years in a management or team leadership role.
+ Proven expertise in structural analysis and design, particularly with aluminum and all types of building structures.
+ Deep familiarity with building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE 7, Aluminum Design Manual).
+ Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., MathCAD or similar).
