Your Role

• Lead/Support yield and quality improvement program Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
• Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback
• Support new product releases
• Support technology transfer projects
• Monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of product parameters
• Support production tools releases
• Lead/Support technology synchronization
• Support technology FMEA updates
• Support PCRB releases and MRB risk assessment

• Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science or any related field
