Senior Engineer (Product Development)

Job Purpose Responsible for product design and development of IoT products Key Responsibilities - Design and develop hardware for Commercial Grade IoT products used in smart buildings, smart lighting, smart office, smart living, smart metering, smart Agriculture/Aquaculture and HVAC systems. - Work with wired interfaces such as Modbus, LDSBus, RS485, DALI, DIO/AIO, Relay control, and IR blaster, etc. - Develop products using wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and LoRa/ LoraWAN, etc. - Perform Concept Study, Product specification definition, Architectural block diagram, Schematic design, PCB layout, BOM and Cost analysis, Prototype build, and hardware debugging. - Perform Design Validation Test, including Board bring-up, Electrical testing, Functional test, Performance test, Environmental test, etc. - Support regulatory certifications (CE/FCC, UL, RoHS, etc.). - Support production test, DFM, DFT and transfer to mass production. - Collaborate with firmware, mechani...
