Job Description

The Engineer – Planning – Site (Costing Engineer) is responsible for estimating, tracking, and controlling project costs in coordination with the planning and execution teams. The role supports accurate budgeting, cost forecasting, resource allocation, and variance analysis, helping project leadership maintain financial control and achieve cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Assist in preparing the project budget and cost baseline in coordination with BOQ, rate analysis, scope of work, and planning schedules.
Monitor actual cost incurred at site for materials, manpower, subcontract works, and plant & machinery, and compare against planned costs.
 Collect cost-related data from site execution, procurement, billing, and stores to track daily and monthly expenses aligned with project activities.
