Job Description

Looking for an experienced Layout Design Engineer to join the 2.6B$ Power Business Unit where in the candidate will get to work on a wide range of exciting products such as isolated gate driver, HV Gan power stages, LV GaN drivers and power stages, powering the next generation of servers, motor drives solar inverters, EV traction inverters and chargers. This is an early-stage growth opportunity where in the candidate will get to learn, build and over time contribute and influence the charter for Renesas’s massive Power product portfolio.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Hands on experience in aspects of Analog layout design with experience in leaf level, block level and floor planning.
+ Should be self-driven and can work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Experience in layout of one or more typical analog blocks such as gate driver, charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, bandgaps, linear regulators...
