Senior Engineer, Group Leader – Land Development

We are seeking an experienced, accomplished, and self‑motivated candidate for a Senior Engineer, Group Leader in Land Development based out of our Ottawa office. This position will develop and lead a group of Project Managers and technical support staff and is responsible for the planning, design, construction inspection, and administration of municipal infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with the Senior Manager to provide updates on actions and strategies to achieve group goals and targets.
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans, set goals and targets for the group as established with the Senior Manager to expand both services provided and market areas.
• Communicate regularly with other Group Leaders to discuss items of mutual interest – sharing resources, technical support, business development activities, etc.
