Job Description

The Project Lead – Finishing – Site is responsible for end-to-end planning, management, and execution of finishing works across large-scale construction projects at the site. The role ensures that interior and exterior architectural finishes are delivered in alignment with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. The incumbent leads a multidisciplinary site team and coordinates with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality finishes and ensure timely project handovers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead and manage the complete execution of all finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, cladding, and façade treatments at site.
Develop detailed work plans and schedules for finishing activities in coordination with planning and execution teams.
