Senior Engineer - Electronics Hardware

About the role

To take full ownership of the design, operation, and continuous development of HIL rigs supporting motorsport and Advanced Engineering battery systems and control architectures.

What you will do

• Design and deliver robust and reliable electronic hardware designs.
• Physical testing and prototype evaluation of electronic hardware.
• Maintain and support de-bug activities for current powertrain, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Design and simulate circuits; supervise PCB layout; write verification plans and execute bench tests.
• Debug bringup issues; capture results and corrective actions.
• Own board level architecture, schematics, layout constraints, and bringup plans; coordinate firmware interfaces.
• Drive component selection, derating analyses, thermal solutions, and regulatory compliance approach.
