Role Overview

ANDAMAN PARTNERS is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team at ANDAMAN Advisory as an Engagement Manager, responsible for leading complex client engagements across strategy, procurement, operations and organisational transformation initiatives. The role spans project delivery, client leadership, problem‑solving and implementation support across multiple industries. Direct and deep experience within mainstream management consulting is needed for this role.

This role will report to the Director, ANDAMAN Advisory. The successful candidate will oversee and develop consulting teams, manage day‑to‑day client relationships and ensure high‑quality delivery across engagements.
