Senior End User Computing Analyst - Active Directory (Global Security) (Vancouver)

Overview

You’ll focus on maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of CNB’s identity infrastructure, including Active Directory (AD) and related systems. Your role centers on platform operations — ensuring systems run smoothly and follow regulatory/security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Security Hardening: Implement and enforce AD security best practices (e.g., securing LDAP channels, disabling legacy protocols such as NTLM, and managing privileged accounts).
• Migration/Upgrades: Experience with AD migrations (e.g., functional level upgrades, domain consolidations) or Windows Server upgrades.
• Monitor AD health: Oversee domain controllers, replication, and DNS integration to prevent outages.
• Execute production changes: Apply patches, promote domain controllers, and adjust configurations following strict change control processes—primarily scheduled during nights and weekends.
