Leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of a national emergency management program focused on safeguarding patient care and business continuity across a complex enterprise. Directs large-scale incident response efforts, aligning cross-functional leaders and resources during local, regional, and national emergencies, while maintaining enterprise-wide situational awareness and executive-level reporting.

Develops and manages national preparedness strategies, including complex disaster exercises, training programs, and standardized response frameworks aligned with federal guidelines (e.g., DHS, CMS, Joint Commission).
