Key Responsibilities Device Assembly & Build Support Perform accurate soldering Testing & Fault Diagnosis Conduct functional and performance tests on all outgoing and returned units. Identify faults, troubleshoot failures, and perform necessary repairs. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of build processes, test results, and unit modifications. Draft detailed reports for returned units to support client communications. Admin & Workflow Assistance: Support the Head Technician with production planning, tracking, and inventory updates. Help implement improvements to technical workflows and internal systems. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, engineering and assembly staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
