Senior Electronic Attack Systems Analyst (EA)

About the role

The Electronic Attack Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing electronic attack mission libraries for the Royal Canadian Navy at the Naval Electronic Warfare Centre (CGEN) in Ottawa, Canada. The analyst will be embedded at CGEN to develop engagement models within the Ship Air Defense Model (SADM) framework and to use other modeling and simulation tools to create and test mission libraries. Engagement models may include the ship, the environment, sensors (radar, electro‑optical and infrared), electronic attack means (chaff, decoys and jammers) as well as threat‑related systems. The analyst will also be responsible for documentation as well as verification and validation of numerical models. Other duties may include support for shore and sea trials. Responsibilities
