**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable plant operations across a complex, 24/7 manufacturing environment
+ Plan, prioritize, and assign daily, weekly, and monthly work activities while providing clear direction, coaching, and support to electricians and supervisors
+ Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of electrical power, control, automation, and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
+ Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to plan repairs, support capital projects, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
