Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets for Commercial / Industrial / Solar PV projects.

Conduct tender analysis and manage subcontractor procurement and negotiation.

Monitor project progress and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

Ensure cost-control measures are implemented and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Assess value variations, manage interim payments, and agree final accounts.

Liaise with site teams, architects, engineers, and external consultants to ensure commercial objectives are met....
