Senior Electrical & Motion Control Manager

. Lead and manage Motion Control, Electrical Hardware, and Electrical Design teams, providing both people and technical leadership. . Define overall technical direction for motion control systems and electrical hardware architecture for semiconductor equipment. . Guide motion control modelling, control algorithms, and system analysis for high-speed, high-precision applications. . Oversee electrical schematic design, power electronics, motor drivers, and control boards. . Support new product development from concept, design, prototype, Alpha/Beta testing through product release. . Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and schedule targets. . Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices. . Review and approve key technical designs and resolve complex technical issues. .
