Role The company is hiring a senior electrical engineer to lead the design, optimization, and sourcing of solar PV systems paired with battery energy storage (BESS). The hire essentially produces the technical blueprint: electrical architecture, component selection, direct negotiation with international suppliers. Execution teams then deploy the projects on-site, with the hire’s support during critical commissioning.
