Aplin has teamed up with a global leader in engineering and professional services to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer. Specializing in Renewable Energy projects, you will support projects such as solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

This position is available in Quebec City, Montreal, Edmonton, Calgary, or Toronto.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead engineering design for high-voltage substations and medium-voltage power collection systems (AC/DC).
2. Prepare technical specifications for electrical equipment procurement.
3. Conduct power system studies, including short-circuit analysis, power flow, grounding, and protection coordination.
4. Write technical reports and provide recommendations.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client relationships.
