Senior Electrical Engineer

**Description**

SAIC is seeking an **Senior** **Electrical Engineer** to join our team in **Crane, IN** , in support of engineering, testing, and sustainment of radar systems employed by the U.S. Navy. The selected candidate will contribute to important projects supporting the development, maintenance, and documentation of systems critical to national defense.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**

1. **Software Development and Maintenance:**
2. Modify and develop software to meet new requirements.
3. Develop instrumentation device drivers for new test equipment.
4. Update software to correct identified deficiencies and adapt to changing environments.
5. Develop software for one-time engineering tests and new testing techniques.
6. Assist in the development and support of test sets and tools written in MATLAB.
