Senior Electrical Assembler

Powell is an engineered to order manufacturer of switchgear and electrical equipment for the power generation industry. The Senior Electrical Assembler will perform various duties on power control rooms including bending, running, installing, and terminating electrical conduit. Four 10s Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am.

The Senior Electrical Assembler will perform various duties on power control rooms including bending, running, installing, and terminating electrical conduit.

Essential Responsibilities

•Install electrical devices (disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contactors, VFDs, etc.)

•Bend, run, and install conduit (EMT and Rigid)

•Install wireway

•Install cable tray

•Pull wire and large cable

•Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires

•Install wiring by following standard work/process instructions (NEC Manual)
