Senior EDA Collaboration Manager

Job Description1.Managing the business engagement with major EDA partners, including the licensing of EDA software tools and IP, and purchasing EDA hardware tools.
2. Leading external partners, internal engineering, business, and legal teams to collaborate and complete business negotiations and contract management that align with the company's business objectives.
3. Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to conduct business analysis of key EDA licensors as a basis for the company's strategic planning.

#LI-YT1Requirement1. Over five years of experience in business marketing or large-scale supplier management.
2. Ability to master and analyze the decision-making organizations, processes, key personnel, and industry dynamics of major EDA partners.
3. Possesses team leadership and excellent communication and persuasion skills.
4. Demonstrates unwavering integrity, a high level of accountability, and a spirit of teamwork.
5. Fluent in English.
