Job Description

• Own daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels.
• Drive GMV growth through campaign execution, promotions, bundles, pricing, and vouchers.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion, traffic, and key commercial KPIs.

Ads Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads / TikTok Shop Ads).
• Manage ads budget, ROAS, CPA, and performance tracking.
• Work with the Malaysia team to align ads strategy and targets.

Social Commerce, Content & Livestream

• Manage social commerce execution, especially TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate short-form video content focused on sales conversion.
• Plan and manage livestreams, including calendars, live hosts, scripts, ...
