Job Summary
Under limited supervision, coordinates, designs, and secures computer databases to store, track, and maintain a large volume of critical business information. Serves as highest advanced-level subject matter expert, providing authoritative guidance for professional staff. May also serve in a lead role. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate monitoring, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and research for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across hybrid, multi-cloud, and microservices architectures. This is for the INET Program.
Monitoring & Observability:

+ Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.

+ Enable end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, systems, and applications.

+ Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to ensure system health and reliability.
