In this role, you will lead driver acquisition, manage community relations, and ensure operational efficiency. With at least 5 years of leadership experience, you will work closely with your team to build and uphold driver standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be data-driven, and have excellent communication abilities. You must also be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
