ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

1. Provide basic nursing care and patient safety that aligns with the vision, mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing services and the hospital.
2. Notify the nursing leaders of any situations that impact the quality of care.
3. Obtain unit reports and assignments at the beginning of each shift/duty and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Unit Manager or Senior Registered Nurse.
4. Communicate promptly with the Unit Manager about any changes affecting the standard of care.
5. Participates in unit meetings, dialogue sessions, and hospital activities.
6. Operate all company vehicles with utmost care and courtesy, following instructions or authorization from the head of services.
7. Respond to ambulance calls as needed, maintaining an accurate record in the ambulance log book.
