Senior Distribution Engineer 1 - Grid

Description


This position will offer you the opportunity to work in a project team environment and lead other engineers and designers using your knowledge of engineering and design practices to:

+ Prepare/Review construction sketches and details for:

+ Overhead and underground network services (4 kV through 34 kV)

+ Structural analyses

+ Short circuit and voltage drop calculations

+ Bill of Material

+ Cost Estimates

+ Traffic control plans and/or permit drawings

+ Work on project teams with other engineers involved in the design of new upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities.

+ Participate in Process Hazard Analysis and Design Reviews.

+ Work directly with the client representative to ask and answer questions related to the distribution design.

+ Analyze, design or review priority feeds.
