+ 15 years of experience in user experience design, research, or related fields.
+ 10 years of experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary UX organizations (100+ professionals).

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience building and mentoring senior UX leadership teams (directors and senior managers).
+ Proven track record of leading UX for global-scale platforms and premium consumer electronics culminating industry accolades and awards for design excellence.
+ Deep expertise in hardware/software co-design and navigating complex release cadences (e.g., Trunk Stable vs. ROM).
