Job Description

+ Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Systems & Solutions Engineering team, aligning priorities to business needs from product groups and sales.
+ Lead, develop, and grow a team of 5–8 direct reports (managers and senior ICs), including hiring, performance management, and career development.
+ Partner with Product, Engineering leadership, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
+ Drive architectural decisions and technical standards for systems and solutions delivery, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
+ Develop scalable systems solutions that can be leveraged effectively in distribution and mass market channels and initiatives.
+ Manage team budget, headcount planning, and vendor/tooling decisions within the function.
