Senior Director Solution Commercialization

The Senior Director, Solution Commercialization is a newly created global leadership role responsible for building and leading a world-class solution Commercialization organization for highly complex, capital-intensive supply chain and logistics systems. This leader will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of the company’s market offerings—from identification of market needs through design, engineering, commercialization, deployment, and long-term support. The role requires a visionary leader who can harmonize market requirements, engineering excellence, commercial strategy, and operational execution across a large, matrixed global organization. This includes oversight of standardized solution offerings, future solution development, and portfolio investment strategy for a portfolio generating over $1B+ in annual order intake.
