Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Senior Retail Director, you shape and lead our growing regional Retail organization, along with all Retail support functions (Retail Operations & Performance and Retail Training), to foster Arc’teryx brand awareness and deliver best-in-class guest experiences across every touchpoint of the retail journey. You will develop and own guest-centered business & people development strategies in EMEA over a 3-5-year horizon by also building new processes and structures.
