Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end orchestration of the Global Lonza Capability Centre transformation programme, ensuring alignment across all workstreams, delivery waves, and strategic objectives
• Act as the central integration point across design, technology, workforce, transition, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful programme execution
• Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise in Global Business Services and Capability Centre design, challenging assumptions and guiding decision-making based on industry-leading practices
• Develop and maintain the integrated master programme roadmap, actively managing interdependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables across all programme teams
