The Senior Director, Human Resources is responsible for providing operational support and management of Human Resources functional activities including succession planning, workforce stabilization, compliance, compensation, benefits, team relations, team member development and employee communications.

Act as a strategic business partner with Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, and branch staff by understanding their unique client and business objectives, and providing proactive counsel, recommendations, and support to meet their needs.
