The Senior Director, People Strategy & Transformation is responsible for driving the execution of the enterprise people strategy through disciplined HR roadmap management, enterprise transformation leadership, and executive alignment.
This role ensures that HR operates as a cohesive, high-performing function—translating strategy into action, aligning priorities across leaders, and leading enterprise-level change initiatives that enable business performance.
