Senior Director, Global Workplace Strategy, Planning and Design

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to join RESS (Real Estate & Site Services) as Sr. Director, Global Workplace Strategy, Planning & Design. You will guide a multidisciplinary, distributed team to build NVIDIA’s global workplace brand. You will own the complete workplace strategy, solutions, planning, and future-of-work initiatives—from small updates to iconic buildings. You will ensure space, technology, culture, operations, and sustainability align across all regions.


What you will be doing:
+ Serve as visible executive leader and workplace brand steward for NVIDIA, influencing cross‑departmental collaborators and partnering with RESS regional leads to develop and lead workplace vision from strategy through delivery.
+ Own and implement global workplace strategy and occupancy planning, defining ways‑of‑working models, typologies, standards and rollout plans that enable high‑performing, compliant work environments.
