Compensation: $250K–$280K base + bonus + profit sharing.  Up to $350K/year total compensation.

The Senior Director – Core Banking Transformation, Strategy Advisory will serve as a strategic leader responsible for defining the future-state direction of the bank’s core systems landscape.

This is not an engineering or delivery leadership role. Instead, it is a high-impact advisory position focused on business capability mapping, core platform rationalization, and long-term transformation strategy.
