Senior Director, Construction Management - Service Operations

**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking an accomplished **Senior Director, Construction Management - Service Operations** to lead our North America Project Management team within the Energy & Construction group. Our successful leader will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Construction Management including design build projects. Estimating construction projects in dining service areas and commercial kitchens on campus is a plus. In this highly visible leadership role, you will guide construction strategies and execution across a diverse portfolio of food service, infrastructure renewal, capital improvement, and energy projects. You’ll shape construction management capabilities across multiple business units, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional project delivery for clients in Education, Healthcare, Business & Industry, and Government markets. This is a **virtual role with approximately 30% travel** across the United States.
