We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director, Business Process, ERP & Transformation to spearhead the design, standardization, and implementation of end-to-end business processes across our organisation as part of a global ERP transformation. Reporting to the ERP – Business Lead, you are the vital link between business functions and technology, ensuring that process excellence is embedded within our ERP solution and aligned with both strategic objectives and operational realitiesKey Accountabilities
Process Design & Standardization
Lead the definition and harmonization of global business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) to align with ERP capabilities.
Collaborate with functional leaders to co-create process design principles and KPIs.
