To support the ambitious course in Belgium and Luxembourg, Wanzl is looking for an entrepreunerial Sr Director Business Development. This role is pivotal in driving the new era, turning premium product innovations and digital solutions into sustainable market share.

As Senior Director Business Development, you act as 'co-architect' of the business transformation in BeLux, supporting the General Manager. You combine traditional sales with high-level strategic business development to gain market share with new, digital, and automated solutions. You pioneer new growth areas while further expanding existing strategic partnerships.
You further design and implement a sustainable go-to-market strategy to successfully position the renewed Wanzl portfolio in the market.

You take responsibility for major, existing key accounts in retail and proactively expand the C-level relationship network within complex Decision Making Units.
